I was actually surprised by the beautiful furnishings and charming atmosphere of the apartment. The views from the living room and bedroom were fine, and the abundance of natural light made the space feel even more inviting. The small balcony off the kitchen was a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of port and desserts provided by the owner. The location was perfect, away from the main tourist areas but still within walking distance to popular attractions. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, thanks to the daily cleaning service. The spacious and luxurious bathroom, complete with a shower and tub, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. I had a wonderful experience at Casas De Sao Bento and would highly recommend it to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the tram stop and close to all the main tourist spots. I also enjoyed the excellent service and helpful staff. The room was luxurious and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The terrace was a great spot to relax and had comfortable garden furniture.

I would recommend this hotel to families as it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable, nice for a restful sleep during our romantic escape. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with easy access to bus and tram stops, making it convenient to explore the city and surrounding areas.

The lack of a door for the restroom and shower. Although there were curtains, it may not be ideal for those who are traveling with friends or prefer more privacy.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location, close to popular areas like Chiado, Baixa, and Rossio. The proximity to the 28 tram stop made it easy to explore the city. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, TV, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The room service was excellent, and we appreciated having access to a coffee machine, fridge, and snacks. Joao, the host, was friendly and always willing to help with any request.

We felt at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

This accommodation is perfectly located, right in front of the Sao Bento palace and close to everything. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with antique desks and mirrored armoires. The bathrooms are luxurious and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hosts are welcoming and generous, offering cold beer, cherry liquor, port, and water throughout the stay. The staff is helpful and arranged a private transfer from the airport. The central location allows easy access to the Bairro Alto and Alfama districts. The air conditioning is fantastic.

One minor negative aspect was the absence of a kitchen to offer a full breakfast.

The staff were great and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood, close to the portuguese parliament. It was very clean, had good facilities, and there was parking available. The location was perfect for exploring this city.
